To calculate what your war bonus your base is worth use the following formula.
Loot that can be stolen on your war base during a raid * 6 * clan perk bonus.
Lets say you offer 24,000 in each of your 4 gold storages
24,000 x 4 = 96,000 + 1,000 in town hall = 97,000
97,000 x 6 = 582,000
So your worth 582,000 gold & elixir to the enemy, that is before the clan perk bonus is added.
Most clans have a 10% bonus right now.
So 582,000 * 1.1 = 640,200 gold and elixir.
Same applies to dark elixir, here you offer 490 DE in your storage.
Therefore 490 * 6 * 1.1 = 3,234 dark elixir
By knowing your Gold & Elixir storages have 24,000 each and your Dark Elixir storage has 490 the available loot is
Gold 640,200
Elixir 640,200
Dark Elixir 3,234
